Halloween fans and enthusiasts are now working together to stop this injustice.

MISSION 1:
- Reach out to Halloween enthusiasts to help spread the word about Halloween Army and our efforts. We want to be in FULL FORCE for the Halloween season.
- We will continue to add articles and resources that anybody can use on their sites, blogs and profiles.
- We will work together to provide each other the tools that we all need.
